What is the Difference between Futures and Options

Futures and Options in short known as F&O. are like normal contract agreements between two parties with future in mind where the delivery of the securities and commodities take place in future at a agreed price.

Futures contract are agreements between two parties to buy or sell specified quantity of the dealing asset or commodity at a agreed price by the buyer and seller, on or before a specified time. Both the buyer and seller are obliged to buy/sell the underlying assets and commodities.
